Non-Profit Fundraising Event

A large-scale fundraising event that required a cohesive visual experience across both digital and print platforms. As the lead graphic designer on this project, I developed and produced a full suite of branded event materials designed to engage attendees, support sponsors, and elevate the overall event experience.

My role included designing large-format event signage, dynamic presentation graphics displayed on the arena’s massive LED screens at Amalie Arena, and a comprehensive 30+ page printed event program featuring sponsor recognition, event details, and custom layouts. By maintaining a consistent visual identity across every touchpoint—from arena-scale digital displays to handheld print collateral—I helped create an immersive, polished experience that supported the event’s fundraising mission while reinforcing brand recognition for one of Tampa Bay’s premier charitable events.
